A quick intro before you click around.

For a long time I've been the girlfriend of a software engineer. I used to simply call him a "hacker", because his world felt galaxies away from my whimsical reality.

From my privileged view (developers aren't really known to spread their knowledge to the poor), I've always looked at the coding world and wondered how one could actually understand or build anything with it.

At least that was until the merry day I found out there's no need to know about that anymore.

Every coding tool has now incorporated AI, and why would I care, you ask. Because now inside those artificial machines of pure evil you have an entry, a chat box for the fairies that just want to have a normal conversation about what they want to build, and let the tool handle the messy parts. So even if there was no "breaking news" about it on your scientific sources (aka TikTok), I'm here to tell you you can now build apps and websites yourself.

You don't need to learn how an engine works
to be able to drive a car, right?

That's why I want to share what I've learned to my fellow girlies. Believe me, there's a lot to learn, but if you do it in a creative way, looking at a pretty result, like I did, it will actually be fun!

To start: think of a simple, cute project. It doesn't have to be the one that makes you a billionaire. Just build something. Anything. A website with photos of your dog. A tracker for how many times your boyfriend bought you flowers. A task organizer. A-ny-thing.
